About Annika Bevington
For twenty-two years, Annika Bevington held high-impact leadership positions as Head of Legal at Google, Warner Music Group and MTV Networks.
In 2024, she left her role at Google to pursue her true calling—guiding high performance leaders and teams to unlock their innate capacity for transformative impact.
Annika’s passion for leadership and personal development was profoundly deepened by her personal journey of self-discovery, emotional resilience, and inner growth. Driven by a need to understand the brains’ capacity to evolve, she immersed herself in neuroscience research and devoured books that bridged science and human behaviour. What she uncovered ignited a powerful desire to support others on their leadership and personal development journeys.
Annika’s debut book, "Jag ska leva för oss båda – En resa från mörker till ljus" ("I Shall Live for Both of Us – A Journey from Darkness to Light"), is a deeply personal and powerful account of navigating grief, healing from trauma, and ultimately reclaiming her inner strength. Published by The Book Affair on May 14, 2024, the book resonated deeply with readers and soared to the top of the Swedish sales charts within days of its release.
She lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with her two children.
